How to Submit a Claim

Quality Issues & Replacements
If our quality assurance team validates your claim, we'll send a complimentary replacement order at no cost to you. This includes items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.
Refunds
If a replacement isn't possible or you'd prefer a refund, just let us know when you reach out. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
No Returns Policy
Because every product is made-to-order and personalized specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns. We appreciate your understanding.
Reorders
If you'd like to place a new order for any reason outside of a quality claim, you will be responsible for the full cost of the new order.
